Week 1 – Foundations

Distinguish awareness from thought. Establish daily 5-minute practice.

Week 2 – Recognition

Practice clean naming: “Sadness is present.”

Week 3 – Surrender

Practice allowing experience: “This too is allowed.”

Week 4 – Clear Spacious Awareness

Directly recognize awareness: “There is clear spacious awareness.”

Week 5 – Sadness

“Sadness is present within something steady.”

Week 6 – Pain

Separate sensation from story. Rest as awareness.

Week 7 – Despair

“Despair is present within something steady.”

Week 8 – Living from Abiding

Integrate awareness into daily life, relationships, and decision-making.
